About the role
St. Julian’s School is seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Science Teacher, commencing in August 2026. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated science teachers within a vibrant and collaborative Science Faculty. We are looking for an adaptable colleague with broad scientific teaching experience and the enthusiasm to inspire learners in KS3 and KS4. There will also be the opportunity to teach IB Diploma in your area of specialism.
Essential:
- Experience of teaching all three sciences at GCSE level.
- Collaborative team player.
- Enthusiasm for the subject.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
- Recognised teaching qualification.
- Ability to teach effectively across the age range from KS3 to KS4.
- Proven record of an adaptable, innovative, and compassionate approach to teaching and learning.
- Committed to professional learning.
